The National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted the University of Aeronautics and Aerospace Engineering (UAAE), Ezza, Ebonyi State, full operational approval to commence 25 undergraduate programmess across five faculties for the 2027/2028 academic session.
The approval covers programmes in the Faculty of Engineering (12 departments), Faculty of Science (7 departments), Faculty of Computing (4 departments), and Faculty of Business Management (2 departments).
His Excellency, Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, Visitor to the University, expressed his congratulations to the university community on this landmark achievement, describing the approval as a significant milestone in Ebonyi State’s commitment to world-class tertiary education.
UAAE becomes Nigeria’s first dedicated aerospace and aeronautics university, and this NUC approval marks the formal beginning of academic activities at the institution.
